My friend, the man I want is
just like you
He would be kind, romantic,
strong, caring , tender, sexy, smart,
funny, talented, charming,
disarming, sweet, friendly and true
He would have a way with
words and a way without them too
He would let me watch sad
movies, then kiss away my blues
He would be able to make my
heart beat race
with the simple phrase
"hey beautiful" or a glance from his tender face
He would open up doors and
*know* the importance of his hand on the small of my back
He would know my strengths,
recognize my weaknesses, and help me to gain all his admirable qualities I
lack
He would make me feel safe,
when others have not
He would know just when to
step forward and when back off
He would like to have fun,
to try things daring and new
He would like to dress up
but enjoy going casual too
He would vocalize all of his
dreams that he would like to come true
He would love chocolate,
animals, walks on the beach, music, dancing, and travel
He would most definitely
understand the importance of a flower
He would appreciate the
necessity of evenings spent with friends but also enjoys evenings spent without
them
He would be able to weaken
my knees with only a kiss ... and making love, well, it would be true bliss
He would love his family and
try to love mine ... but if he did not succeed, he would still dine without
whine
He would make me feel like
the sexiest woman in the land with a small evil smile or a squeeze of my hand
But above all of this, he
would be a true gentleman.
